Welcome to Skin Revival! I'm Maria, a licensed esthetician dedicated to promoting skin health and helping individuals embrace their natural beauty with confidence.

My journey began at Gonzaga, where I graduated before stepping into the corporate world. I excelled in managing projects and refining my organizational skills; however, I soon realized that something vital was missing. I longed to make a meaningful impact on people's lives—not just through paperwork but by fostering self-esteem and wellness. So, I made a transformative decision to swap my cubicle for a treatment room, pursuing my true calling as an esthetician.

From an early age, I have been passionate about skincare (much to my brother’s dismay as I playfully chased him to extract blackheads). However, it was through my own struggles with health—facing undiagnosed Celiac disease and severe cystic acne—that I truly understood the profound connection between skin health and self-confidence. Those challenging times made me re-live the awkwardness of adolescence, and I became determined to help others navigate their own skin journeys.

Attending esthetician school was a pivotal moment in my life. I immersed myself in the science of skin, learning about its complexities, the triggers of various conditions, and effective care techniques. While I still experience occasional flare-ups, I now possess the knowledge and tools to manage my skin in a balanced, calming way, ensuring a healthy glow.

This personal journey has shaped my philosophy: understanding your skin is the key to transformation. Many individuals haven’t been educated on their skin’s unique needs, and I’m here to change that narrative.
